- Called on the First Minister during FMQs to re-think the broadband voucher scheme due to inflation impacting its real-terms value.
- Raised the budget gap facing local authorities with the Minister for Local Government Empowerment and Planning.
- Asked the Minister for Further Education about the proposed redundancies at UHI Shetland and what confidence he could give that the college will continue to meet local needs.
- Pressed the Minister for Zero Carbon Buildings to take action to ensure local contractors can get certification for installing energy efficiency measures.
- Spoke in a debate discussing the recommendations from the Scottish Rural and Islands Youth Parliament.
- Quizzed the Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs, Land Reform and Islands on the Scottish Budget in the Rural Affairs and Islands Committee.
- Chaired the AGM of the Cross Party Group on Nordic Countries.
